Brasil Top Skills celebrate qualifying for the U-11 Cup final of the HKFC Citibank Junior Soccer Sevens.
May 25, 2015: Sun Pegasus will take on Asia Pacific Soccer Schools (APSS) in the U-12 Cup final at the HKFC Citibank Soccer Sevens on Sunday afternoon after securing their places in last weekend’s HKFC Citibank Junior Soccer Sevens, which attracted 80 teams.
The last of four age-group competitions, the U-12 category was held on Sunday afternoon, when hosts Hong Kong Dragons and hosts Hong Kong Football Club secured their place in the U-12 Plate final. All Plate finals will be held this Saturday.
In Sunday morning’s U-11 competition, Kitchee – who also have teams competing in the Main and Masters Tournament – and Brasil Top Skills (NTS) qualified for the Cup final, while APSS and Tai Tam Tigers progressed to the Plate final.
The Junior Soccer Sevens kicked off with the U-9 competition on Saturday morning. Hong Kong Football Academy (HKFA) and Hong Kong Dragons qualified for Sunday’s Cup final, while Kitchee will take on HKFC in Saturday’s Plate final.

The U-10 competition on Saturday afternoon was abandoned due to inclement weather. The Bowl and Shield finals in all three remaining age groups were held last weekend (May 23-24), with Shenzhen United (Bowl) and Kowloon Cricket Club (Shield) taking home medals in the U-12.
HKFC and Brazilian Football Academy won the Bowl and Shield respectively in the U-11s, while Sun Pegasus and APSS claimed the Bowl and Shield respectively in the U-9s.
